The main objective of the project is the reduction of early school leaving, using an inclusive methodology such as the use of "Virtual Reality" subjects, which allows all types of students, regardless of their social, economic or gender context or their difficulties. Learning to learn in a different egalitarian, motivating and innovative context.
 The project is based on two previous projects in which the project coordinator and the centre of Turkey were partners the project "Gain Time" (based on the Flippedclass) and the "Euapps4us" project that encourages the creation of  educational apps and got a very good results in the final evaluation.
 With this project we intend to implement the two previous ones, sharing the good practices.
Offering new Flipped tools, such as the use of virtual reality as a learning element and using the methodology we used in the project "Euapps4us" where students and teachers learned in parallel and between equals and then encouraging them to create new tools themselves Innovative "and thus generating in each of the participants a new element of innovation and employability.
 The current classrooms are numerous, integrated by students with different intelligences and social contexts, immigrants and refugees, students with disabilities. The teacher cannot reach all the students with traditional methodologies because in this context the students with difficulties, who is easy to distract is distracted even more and leaves and fails
 Using virtual reality VR) applied to learning, we promote a new learning methodology that reaches many more students. The traditional methodology is based mainly on the memorization of concepts and skills with the language or to solve mathematical problems, this methodology leaves aside other talents and abilities.
 With learning in a virtual environment, knowledge is acquired through movements and experiences through a direct experimentation, the student is attracted because learning is like a game, all intelligences are uses  kinesthetic, visual and auditory intelligences and  Learning is faster. In addition, in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) it has been shown that learning in (RV) increases their attention and concentration

 Moreover , learning is more creative, students apply, analyze and evaluate their knowledge constantly, improving their critical thinking, problem solving and self-confidence.
